Be a part of what the
Lord is doing among us. Get connected with one of the Home Church
Groups.
The year ahead holds
exciting possibilities and challenges for us as we seek to be a Christian
family who proclaim God’s great salvation. Our Home Church Groups will
provide everyone with some practical ways to celebrate and proclaim our God’s
great salvation to those around us.
Our Home Church Groups
will be places of equipping and an environment in which we hope to see people
meet Jesus. We long to see each person model and share their faith AND
experience the joy of being part of seeing the lost saved.
Let’s give you an idea
of how this will all unfold. The road ahead will begin with Pastor Gavin
leading us through ways to celebrate our God’s great salvation. We will
follow this in Sunday services and in Home Church Groups. This will take us
up to the Family Camp in March. Plan to be there!!
The Family Camp will set
before us the challenge of living an evangelistic lifestyle. Through very
practical equipping we will learn ways to demonstrate and declare His great
love to the people we encounter every day. You will be amazed at how
easy and non threatening it can be to reach others.
Our Home Church Groups
will then build upon this beginning as we work together to understand the
meaning and means of evangelism as a lifestyle. Expect to be encouraged and
grow in your walk with the Lord.
By May things will
really begin to get exciting for Home Church Groups. We would like to see
each group take the opportunity to be involved in a new series of Alpha
courses. We want you all to experience the excitement and joy of seeing souls
saved in each Home Church Group. Alpha is emerging as a really powerful tool
to help lead many people to Christ as Saviour and Lord. Already we have seen
a number of people find Christ through Alpha. Now is the chance for us
all to be part of that excitement.
